“I asked for fries with extra salt...and actually got it!
This has been the best McDonald's experience I've had in the Lorton/Springfield VA area. They bagged the extra salt fries apart from the rest of the order and offered me a drink carrier unprompted on one of their busier days.“
“Today at 4/19/2026 at 9:15 am, an older asian couple was struggling with placing an order at the counter and a kind male hispanic employee guided them to the ordering machine and patiently took down their orders, down to the creamer and sugar count. Listened to the couple item by item with so much respect and kindness! Wonderful to see such empathy and customer service exists in the form of this young man!“
“Best McDonald's is decent in terms of food quality compared to other McDonald's. The staff is pretty friendly. Only problem is that they take too long to make the food and give to the customer. The drive-thru at lunch time and the drive-thru after 9:00 you may be waiting 10 to 15 minutes. The Sweet spot is around 6:00 p.m. and you go inside.“
“Here this morning, 05-16-25 very slow, everyone waiting for their food like 30 min wait or more shouldn't take that long. What's wrong with this staff here?? I am a normal customer comes in almost every morning and every evening. I normally don't complain, but today was unbelievable, the atmosphere has no a/c, so think twice!! The staff acts like they don't know what they are doing for all these orders coming in. But thank you for bonus food for the long wait!! Hopefully this place improves!! It's really convenient to my house!!“
“Great food and service! I visited during the lunch rush, and despite the crowd, we were served quickly.
The manager is an absolute pro—a total 'floor general.' Even while handling paperwork or meetings, she was actively supervising the staff and monitoring the floor. She noticed us at the kiosk and stepped in immediately to help. She was professional, attentive, and even personally delivered our order as soon as it was ready.
Bonus: They have two interactive touchscreens with games for kids right next to the drink station, which is a great touch. Highly recommend!“
