“Today I was highly satisfied with the customer service I experienced at McDonalds. The service was fast and the food was hot. I’m not sure the name of the cashier that rung up my order today, Nov 16th at 9:29am but they’re were truly awesome and deserve a reward!!! Thank you for taking care of your customer. “Got in the drive thru line an ordered two hot fudge sundays. No hint of a problem at that time. Place was busy, so by the time I drove to the first window (pay window) there are two cars behind me and a few in front of me. Person at the window informs me they can not make Sundays tonight, and suggests two chocolate shakes. I agree and pay with a credit card. Next I pull up to the window to pick up my order. Now there are more cars behind me and still a couple of cars in front of me. Person at the window informs me that the ice cream machine is broken. Requested refund. Took a manager to get it done.“
“I just went there, it was a big line we wait for like 20 min we wet a little frustrated but decided to wait the kids were hungry when we get to the window the lady was so nice and help us with our big order really fast even tho it was just her (she look like a manager) and one girl lady more working she apologized for the wait time and explain that it was only the 2 of them working.I really appreciate their attention and their hard work they shouldn't be working alone.They should have a good raise,I wasn't waiting for a good experience but thanks to them I have it.“
