Today I was highly satisfied with the customer service I experienced at McDonalds. The service was fast and the food was hot. I’m not sure the name of the cashier that rung up my order today, Nov 16th at 9:29am but they’re were truly awesome and deserve a reward!!! Thank you for taking care of your customer. Thank you for showing grace. You made my day!
It was clean and everything, but I don't like that you have to use the kiosk machine, they didn't have any wipe to clean it off with. It took whoever working the counter a long time to come from the back, I understand they are doing new things but the old way works well still.

I did a curbside pick up the morning of Memorial Day, and even though they were out of caramel for the frappe, so I changed my order to a coffee. Donita actually came out to the car to tell me this personally and took care of the change to coffee.
