“I just went there, it was a big line we wait for like 20 min we wet a little frustrated but decided to wait the kids were hungry when we get to the window the lady was so nice and help us with our big order really fast even tho it was just her (she look like a manager) and one girl lady more working she apologized for the wait time and explain that it was only the 2 of them working.I really appreciate their attention and their hard work they shouldn't be working alone.They should have a good raise,I wasn't waiting for a good experience but thanks to them I have it.“

“I’m giving 5 stars for the Assistant manager’s consistent customer service. Rachel is epic to say the least. She is consistently polite, informed, engaging, and her drinks quality is always spot on. Starbucks corporate, if you read this, come grab Rachel from this franchise store in Safeway, and make her a corporate store GM! She will NOT disappoint. When she is there the counters and overs are always very clean as well. There is a young man that usually works in the evenings who is never attentive and is not engaged enough to make the customers drinks the way they order them. He needs accountability training and he needs to be held accountable for learning the recipes. So again these stars are for Rachel and her tireless customer service. Kudos! “Got in the drive thru line an ordered two hot fudge sundays. No hint of a problem at that time. Place was busy, so by the time I drove to the first window (pay window) there are two cars behind me and a few in front of me. Person at the window informs me they can not make Sundays tonight, and suggests two chocolate shakes. I agree and pay with a credit card. Next I pull up to the window to pick up my order. Now there are more cars behind me and still a couple of cars in front of me. Person at the window informs me that the ice cream machine is broken. Requested refund. Took a manager to get it done.“
“Coffee In is such a lovely little coffee shop! Very clean and cutely decorated. Love that they had a highchair for our baby. The coffee is tasty and they have a pretty wide selection to choose from. The waffles are AMAZING, as is their customer service. We really enjoy this place and so glad they opened. We will be returning :)“

“My daughter and I stopped by to see the cats while we were on vacation. Normally, an appointment is encouraged on the weekends, but we were able to go see the cats anyways! The cat room was beautiful! You can tell all of the cats are well taken care of and enjoy human interaction. I cannot recommend this place enough. Next time I am in town I will definitely have a drink and bite to eat as well!“
“The ambiance of this cafe first drew me in, it's clean, modern, and relaxing. The food and service keep me coming back. The blueberry pancakes are incredible! FULL of blueberries. The avocado toast is the perfect portion size, I feel full and satisfied without being stuffed. The baked goods are delicious, and always fresh. The coffee drinks are exceptional, as well.The service is polite and quick. It's so awesome to see an interesting mix of customers enjoying an elevated, quick breakfast, and the incredible amount of take out orders this business handles.I love taking people from out of town here - everyone raves about how cute the cafe is, and how good everything was.“
“I went back after months not coming because I felt like their boba teas wasn’t worth it. I recently order online for pick up and the boba tea is good, but I wish there were descriptions of what goes into the drinks in the case of an food allergy.“
