“Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less "friendly" baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations. There is one young man in particular (do not know his name but he is brown skinned with reddish hair) who is exceptional and should be a manger (at the very least. I honestly believe corporate should hire him to train employees on exceptional customer service) . There is a Starbucks in my local Safeway 2 minutes from my house and I will drive the 10 minutes up 301 simply for the the service.“

The staff is always welcoming, patient, and upbeat, which honestly makes a big difference in starting the day. Even when they’re busy, they still manage to keep a positive attitude and make customers feel appreciated. Definitely one of the more consistently pleasant Starbucks locations I’ve been to.“

“come here every single morning, and there’s an employee (an Indian gentleman with glasses, I can never catch his name I’m always in a rush!) who makes my coffee perfectly every time. He has it ready and waiting on the counter like clockwork, and it honestly makes my mornings better. Consistent, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. Dunkin is lucky to have him!“

“Everything went well. I got the honey almond flat. I never had a ristretto before and wanted to try it. It was delicious. I asked for 3 pumps of syrup instead of four and it was just right. This Starbucks is in a hospital so it's small.“

“Great Dunkin branch. Food prepped as it should. Not sure if this location has gone through a renovation. I can tell some areas have aged but it is well kept and clean. It does need a new toilet seat in the men's restroom, but other than that to me the rest of the shop is great.“

“This place is so fun if you love a variety of Asian foods, and this evening I happened to walk in on a fantastic live jazz band playing by the bar. Last time, we had Korean tacos and tempura, this time I’m having croffles, miso soup, and spaghetti. (I know it’s weird but it’s all so delicious)“

The barista managed to spell my name right on the cup (a rarity), but alas, no phone numbers were scribbled alongside it. It seems they mastered the art of brewing coffee but not the art of matchmaking. But I remain hopeful!
