“Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less "friendly" baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations. There is one young man in particular (do not know his name but he is brown skinned with reddish hair) who is exceptional and should be a manger (at the very least. I honestly believe corporate should hire him to train employees on exceptional customer service) . There is a Starbucks in my local Safeway 2 minutes from my house and I will drive the 10 minutes up 301 simply for the the service.“

“While I understand that this is meant to be more of a takeout situation, you can’t charge the same prices as your dine in establishments and serve reheated chicken.I placed my order online for chicken and sweet potato waffles, and it stated it would be ready in about 30 minutes within about seven minutes. I got a phone call this state that my food was ready. The chicken was not freshly fried. I’d rather wait a few minutes for some hot fresh chicken! I’ve been to milk and Honey and other locations several times and I found this to be pretty disappointing.“
“I just went there, it was a big line we wait for like 20 min we wet a little frustrated but decided to wait the kids were hungry when we get to the window the lady was so nice and help us with our big order really fast even tho it was just her (she look like a manager) and one girl lady more working she apologized for the wait time and explain that it was only the 2 of them working.I really appreciate their attention and their hard work they shouldn't be working alone.They should have a good raise,I wasn't waiting for a good experience but thanks to them I have it.“
“I have been here twice so far and both times I've been impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order. Once I went through the drive through and the staff was very friendly and polite. The speed by which my order was ready was impressive. Glad to have this Starbucks nearby“

We cancelled a reservation we had in Annapolis and made sure we came out to support‼ Black Owned Plenty of Parking Cozy and Coffeehouse vibe Black art on the wall Happy Hour is from 4pm-6pm during the week Sunday brunch is unlimited for $40 Brunch includes fruit and coffee Huge BarOpen Kitchen Cute sofas and loveseats DJ started playing after 1pm. Halley was my server and very attentive. For brunch, I had the shrimp and grits. Since it was unlimited, I ordered another round. “This is a regular pickup spot for me and I am usually All Stars for this location. However, today was a different day. I went in to pick up my order and I accidentally spilled my drink. I asked the young lady behind the counter if she had anything that I could use to help clean it up. She literally looked at me and rolled her eyes. She did absolutely nothing and said nothing. One thing that I am fully aware of, as I walked into the location,, is that it is a busy time. But acknowledgment would have been perfect versus you looking at me as though I just made you upset. Her name tag had the letter A as the first initial of her name. A young lady with braids in her hair. I am not pleased with your service and I'm not pleased with the way that you handled this situation. However, Cobie was absolutely amazing. Yes he was busy but he also made sure to take the time out to acknowledge me and made sure that I had what was needed to clean up my mess. I insisted that I cleaned it up. Thank you Cobie for being such a great person and showing great customer service. And for remaking my drink.“
