The morning shift is awesome but that evening shift is rude, slow and not friendly. The last few times I went in the evening I have encountered sitting at the drive thru window for several minutes while they stand and chat with one another and my drink sat on the counter. It was also a time when the cashier gave my order to the car in front of me and had a dumb look on her face when I pulled up. I said you gave them my drink…she said yes. The staff is always friendly and personable too! I even got to a point where I would come in so often the barista would ask me if I wanted to add my usual pink drink onto the order as well! Or she would say things like 'Good Morning, I see you came inside today?', which are surely just the little things but they make you feel unique and cared for which is often missing nowadays in food service.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is praised for its great customer service and excellent staff, who are always happy to help. The drive through line usually moves fast, and there is very little wait time, with service being solid and prompt. The store is always immaculately clean inside and out, with a great location and a covered outdoor lounge area. Customers mention coffee and breakfast, though the chai is almost always bad and tastes metallic. The price of Gas and a $4 cup of coffee is not a good business choice right now. The store does not have a pastry display case, but favorite treats are still available. Overall, it is a favorite Starbucks with a top notch team.
