I love the green tea mojito. Its my favorite morning drink. But they need to improve the speed of the drive thru and customer service could be friendlier.

PJ's Coffee offers a cozy atmosphere with attentive and quick staff, perfect for studying or a quick pick-me-up. Their beignets are made-to-order, fresh, and delicious, with a crispy coating coated in powdered sugar. The chocolate croissant was also highly praised for its crisp and flaky layers. The decor is lovely, featuring displays of local business flyers, cards, and PJ's merchandise, creating an inviting environment. Customers appreciated the friendly staff and well-maintained space. While some found the Peach Palmer tea lacking flavor and the coffee sometimes lukewarm, the overall experience remains positive. The beignets and drinks often exceed expectations, and staff members go out of their way to ensure a pleasant visit. Just be mindful of potential extra charges for customization.
