I have been coming to this location because of the professional customer service I regularly receive and the freshness of the food. Tonight was different. The staff mainly the light skinned female manager was rude, stanfoffish only because a friend and I when we ordered notice the chicken left under the heat lights were dry and had breading detached. I’ve been coming to this Popeyes for a very long time and I’ve never had a bad experience! The manager Jimia was extremely nice, it’s extremely clean at this location that’s why I always come. My food was hot and GOOD, I thought because I went during lunchtime it was gonna be a long wait, absolutely not - in and out.

The service is just so slow. I don't understand why it takes so long to receive your order. The food is already prepared. I don't visit often...about once or twice a year. I do like the red beans and rice.
