I did a search for black owned coffee cafes nearby, and this lovely establishment showed up. The coffee prices were excellent, and the flavors were even better. I was sick of piling dollars into Starbucks and was happy to find this gem in Clinton, MD.
This place has possibility but has a way to go.The furniture/curtains (cant call them drapes) are dated & look like they were plucked from someone's basement or bought from the Goodwill.Why have a grand opening & not invest any money in the decor?Could have fun there but the shabby furniture, mismatched seating & outdoor seating which consisted of an old indoor couch & straw chairs taken from someone's basement, was such a distraction. Shame shame.
