Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. My girl wanted me to try one of their dairy drinks. Told her it was stupidly expensive, but she insisted. What looked like a 8oz cup was more than halfway filled w/ice. The drink was gone in seconds. Tasted nice, but i will NEVER be a Starbucks customer at these
I find it very unfortunate because Starbucks is known for fast, reliable service. However, this Starbucks is not able to reflect that. I think one of the reasons is the fact that it serves an African American population. Unfortunately, when It comes to us , no one seems to care. The franchise is always understaffed and unable to meet the needs of the customers it serves.
