The staff is very nice and move fast. My only complaint is that whenever I get my coffee in the morning from here it always tastes burnt.

The young lady at the drive-thru was the sweetest ever and the manager is so cool. One person felt like Norm from Cheers as the staff knows their name. The service is consistently quality on a daily basis, with staff going out of their way to help, such as remaking a drink to be more sweet or delivering a Blueberry Muffin when it was ready.
The product is decent and always prepared correctly. Specific items praised include the delishhhh drinks, the always hot coffee, and the dragonfruit mango refresher which is loved. The PSL also received a great suggestion. The store is clean and offers a decent atmosphere for activities like study, work, or just to relax and chill. It is considered the place to be and a go to place. The pickup service is top tier, allowing customers to avoid standing in any line and always having the order right and hot. Overall, this is the best Starbucks many have ever been to.
