After waiting in line, several minutes, another customer was allowed to order ahead of me, and then the barista proceeded to walk away without even acknowledging me to take my order. I ended up just leaving. Larger guy with glasses horribly rude!!!

This is a regular pickup spot for me and I am usually All Stars for this location. However, today was a different day. I went in to pick up my order and I accidentally spilled my drink. I asked the young lady behind the counter if she had anything that I could use to help clean it up. She literally looked at me and rolled her eyes. She did absolutely nothing and said nothing. One thing that I am fully aware of, as I walked into the location,, is that it is a busy time. But acknowledgment would have been perfect versus you looking at me as though I just made you upset. Her name tag had the letter A as the first initial of her name. A young lady with braids in her hair. I am not pleased with your service and I'm not pleased with the way that you handled this situation. However, Cobie was absolutely amazing. Yes he was busy but he also made sure to take the time out to acknowledge me and made sure that I had what was needed to clean up my mess. I insisted that I cleaned it up. Thank you Cobie for being such a great person and showing great customer service. And for remaking my drink.

This Starbucks is 50/50. 50 percent of the time, your order is correct, and 50 percent of the time, it's wrong. Stopped going to it cause we would get constant inaccurate orders. Sometimes, without any espresso shots at all (in drinks that consist of at least 2 shots). It's better to go to the one further south, at the end of Waldorf (next to chick fil a & Crumble Cookie).REPLY: I DID ADDRESS MY CONCERNS TO EMPLOYEES MULTIPLE TIMES & DID GET IT REMADE (SOMETIMES, THEY REPEATEDLY MADE IT WRONG). I DON'T STAY QUIET ABOUT ISSUES WITH MY ORDERS. HOWEVER, REMAKING MY DRINK IS NOT ALWAYS THE SOLUTION WHEN I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO. I'M NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING FREE, I JUST RATHER NOT HAVE MY TIME WASTED. WHICH IS WHY I STOPPED GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS. NO APOLOGY IS NEEDED EITHER. FEEDBACK SHOULD JUST BE TAKEN & NOT REPLIED WITH EXCUSES FOR ASSUMED SITUATIONS.

I love this location. The customer service is everything!!! The staff keep you uplifted with just their voice. They are awesome with the children, apoiling them with cake pops.Vegetarian options: they have salads without meat and dairy.

JACKIE NEEDS A NEW JOB! She clearly does not like hers somebody so unpleasant with no regard to customer service certainly should not be working in a restaurant let alone a coffee shop dealing with uncaffeinated people I've never witnessed such unpleasantry from an employee when she made something incorrectly and started slamming things and tossing cups to remake it someone should get her a job behind the scenes where she doesn't have to deal with individuals paying $8 for a drink

I am soooo not a Starbucks kinda girl. I don't drink coffee, not a fan of their hot chocolate and I'm extremely selective about the hot tea I will drink. With that being said, I came in for a meeting and thought I should order something. I remembered my sister's go-to, the Medicine Ball. I ordered it and I've been a fan every since! This particular location has a drive-thru and it's usually pretty busy, BUT you wouldn't know that by the staff. They're extremely polite and friendly and patient with the customers. Especially a customer like me, someone who doesn't know the difference between a Venti, Grande and what ever the other size is. Beyond the excellent customer service, their playlist is FIRE! This was my second meeting at this location and both times, the music had me singing along and zoning out a bit from what I was supposed to be doing. Ha! To top it off, they made the BEST Medicine Ball tea I've had! Kudos to this staff for their customer service and barista skills!
