When to get food and they refused to give me a water cup that they could've simply filled in the drive thru the Manger was being rude and this McDonald's is a joke will never be returning here they never have anybody in the front counter..it's simple water that a paying customer is asking
This location needs serious help, needs training asap. especially social skills "how to not to be idiots", cannot admit when they are wrong, they all felt entitled, you work a drive thru, give me the food I paid for, quick and simple and I will go, thats how you work a drive through, not attitude and debate. I went through the drive through for a burger and got a freaking headache instead.
