McDonald's is a fast food restaurant known for its friendly staff and impressive food presentation. The food often looks as good as it does in commercials, which is rare for fast food places. The service is quick and better than at many nearby locations. Customers appreciate the ample parking and kid-friendly atmosphere. Many customers mention the consistent quality of coffee, especially the small black coffee with 1 cream, which is always hot and fresh for only $0.99 on the app. Some employees, like the drive-thru staff, have been praised for their excellent service, with one employee showing confidence and great customer service over time. However, some reviews indicate frustrations, such as no refills on drinks and occasional mistakes with orders, like confusing dehydrated onions with raw onions. Overall, McDonald's remains a popular choice for fast, convenient food and welcoming environment.
