I asked for ketchup and hot mustard with my order today. The girl who took the order was very kind, however she handed me a couple packs of mayo. An older, irascible troll comes waddling to the window and proclaims that next time she is going to charge me for sauces. I'm sorry, what? Like Chicfila does? Oh sweetie. You don't even have a button on your fisher price cash register for sauces. Let's stop acting like you own the place and personally pay for sauces. Your entire family probably sustains themselves on abuela's daily offering of whatever crumbs rolled off of Ronald McDonald's nut sack. FOH

MehThe fish filet meal had no flavor what so ever. The soda was weird.The girl who took my order and brought my food was efficient and courteous. It didn't take long to get my order. I was inside.

Very bad!!!! I arrived at the drive thru at midnight and it was open, I could see the employees inside and they totally ignored our calls to the drive thru, they clearly didn’t want take any orders.

This McDonald's has an enormous wait time. They serve cold food. There is a very high chance that they will mess up your order (either miss the item or give you the wrong one).

I was shocked earlier today because the security came to me and mentioned that I had to get out of there since he caught me "sleep". In order for you to understand the context, I put my head on the table for probably less than 10 min, where I put my Macbook Bro and book. I had a major headache and felt like closing my eyes a bit. Just so you know, prior to this, I ordered food (I had biscuit with eggs) and my McCafe cup was still on the table since I barely drank my black coffee.Anyway, I thought it was VERY RUDE of him to kick me out this way knowing that I am a client. I understand if I just came it to sit or whatever, but I PAID and consumed from them.I then followed up with him and asked if it I was okay for me to stay if I ordered more, and then he made it clear that I had to leave. He told me that McDo's policy. I honestly do not understand the kind of policy that might have been. I am very disappointed for the poor treatment that I experienced today.Can anyone bring any clarity to this? This never happened to me in my whole life, so it's no wonder I am in shock.FYI, I love to go this area because it's close to where I am and I love how welcoming everybody else is there, but today's experience changed my mood and my desire to come back is non existent :(

This McDonald's might have good food, I don't know. Twice in the past 3 weeks I tried to go here both time (once in drive thru and once walk in) the service was so slow I left. The walkin was most upsetting I was basically ignored for 10 min (only person in line) so I left.

The woman at the window was very rude. They messed up my order because the cashier didn't understand English. After I corrected the woman at the second window regarding my order she snatched the food from me. Very very poor customer service and I will not be returning and I will notify the corporate office regarding this.

Disgusting!!!! The service is was rude and lethargic. My Big Mac was swimming in so much sauce and was so soggy I lost my appetite. Fries cold. I thought the mc chicken would save the day but the lettuce looked old and spoiled. Never ever ever go to this McDonald’s!

Food: they serve the cold fries and not good burgers.Service: they don't know the language when you are asking for something you have to repeat it many times and customer service people are busy with their Phone.Note: just right now I ordered a large big-Mac meal and they charged me for large but they give me small coke and fries.Management and managers of this branch should gather to hire good candidates and staff here.
