“I usually stop by Adulis Ethiopian Cafe when I’m getting my hair done because they’re right next door. Their coffee is so good, hot or iced, and the spaghetti is a must-try! It has such a unique, delicious flavor, and the portions are HUGE! I can literally get three meals out of one order. They also have really good pastries. Definitely worth checking out!“

Not a lot of seating inside. There’s one large table that could sit 6-8 people but other than that it’s only smaller tables or outside table seating.

Metered street parking or there’s an outdoor lot around the corner. Or you can walk a couple blocks from other paid parking garages.“

“Really really great experience. Came with my daughter never having tried this drink and really enjoyed it. I appreciated the high schooler behind the counter walking me through the menu and what I may like! Ended up with the milk taro with bubbles (tapioca).“

“Great decor, very pleasant location to sit in and hang out in. The coffee was a darker roast, not what I generally like for my coffee- it tasted oaty even though I ordered whole milk. Not sure why. We ordered pastries: butter croissants, pain au chocolat, and the pistachio nutella croissant. I liked the chocolate and the filling in the pistachio croissant, but across the board the pastry itself was kind of dry and not very flaky. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t a pastry I would travel specifically there for. If I lived in Silver Spring however, I would totally come to hang out for the ambience and the good service. I was also very pleased to see that they offered vegan croissants and muffins. Yay!!“

“I don’t usually go to a Starbucks and one of the reasons is the atmosphere and service never feels “warm.” I’ve been in management myself and know how rare it is to find a business, let alone a Starbucks, that operates so professionally and where literally EVERY employee is one of the kindest/professional people.
The customer service here was incredible and, from a business side, I can see that the branch is being run very, very well. My friend and I were there for almost three hours and the food/coffees we got were very well-made, the facility was clean and welcoming, and best of all, the employees were some of the best I’ve met in a very long while. I can tell this location as a very good GM. Definitely coming back here and recommending.“

“Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts after driving nearly 3 hours. Service was good, we only purchased coffee though. The restroom was out of service, which was disappointing after the long drive.“

“This is a solid breakfast and lunch spot very close to downtown Silver Spring. This is a local mom-and-pop shop that is run by the cutest older couple. I have had breakfast sandwiches, omelets, their breakfast burrito, and I haven't been disappointed with the food yet. While they do have chairs inside, it is really a take-out spot.

This a solid place for your essential breakfast and lunch. I try to always support local and small businesses.“

“Met a high school senior who’s applying to my college for an alumni interview: the staff were exceptionally friendly, which set a great atmosphere for the interview. When full, this place gets a bit loud, but most of the time it was only about 1/2-full. We had privacy and were left alone to talk for nearly three hours.“

“On an unusually hot day in May, Alex (the Assistant Manager at the Starbucks at 2315 Randolph Rd, Silver Spring, MD) went above and beyond. He was literally walking around to customers’ tables offering water and checking in to see if anyone needed anything. It didn’t feel performative at all. His kindness was genuine. The store was also spotless. Huge thanks to Alex and the team for making the space feel well cared for.“

1. Cleanliness - Always clean and hygiene.
2. Customer Service - Very well spoken crew, quick order processing and know customer.
3. Manager and Charith and the rest of the staff is very friendly and very well trained.

“This is one of my all-time favorite Dunkin Donuts stores. Located in the Northgate Plaza Shopping Center, next to the Walgreens in Aspen Hill, I go out of my way to get my morning latte at this store. One of the many reasons I give this location my business is that I want to support the all-female staff. Not only is the staff quick and efficient with every process from the register to the drinks to the food/donuts, but they are also constantly on top of the cleaning. During downtime, machines are pulled away from the walls for sweeping, the floors are mopped, cases and counters are wiped, and the trash is emptied. There is no ego about who works the registers or makes the drinks and food. This staff works as a team and each team member handles whatever task needs to be done in that moment in order to best serve the customers. This team is friendly and efficient whether it's calm or chaotic. This is a smooth, well-run Dunkin Donuts. Oh, and if you need a last-minute gift for someone (or yourself) they always have tumblers on hand in various sizes and colors!“

“Best and newest DD/BR location in the immediate area. Large open space with numerous tables. Clean and well maintained. Staff are very pleasant. Generally not too busy (although I have not been here during prime hours like the morning when there might be more of a rush). Parking is ample and easy to navigate (unlike the one in 4 corners). Only downside is that this location does not have a drive-thru, but I haven't found that to be too bothersome given the ease of parking and speed of staff.“
