The other manager is a descent man. He’s always accommodating and friendly. Today this gentleman envited me and several people an eggbites treat which I have to order it next time!having said that I will say he does his job exceptional.The staff are is friendly though there is always room for improvement. I am not going to talk much about the taste of food as we have known Starbucks is the largest commercial franchise coffee shop, so they always have their standard. But the most thing I like from this Starbucks, not only close to my home, it is about the atmosphere.I believe their drinks and foods aren't the best in the town but people come here because the ambient that make them feel cozy and relax. I love Starbucks!!! I just wish when I ask for light ice in my mobile or in-store order that they would actually do it. I watched one of the girls making a drink with a full cup of ice. I assumed it wasn't mine when I saw the amount of ice she used. I was surprised when she called my name for the drink,.. utterly surprised. When I brought it to her attention she poured out some of the drink (espresso & syrup) along with some of the ice and then topped it back off with more milk....read full review
