Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both positive and negative aspects. The staff are often amazing and provide great service, with a manager who once brought out an order to a car so a sick baby could sleep. The staff can be exceptionally friendly, creating a great atmosphere. However, the service is inconsistent. The weekday morning crew are fairly quick and kind, but after 9am, and especially with the afternoon and weekend crew, the wait times are long. Customers have waited over 30 minutes for a drink. The location is very busy, but management often schedules only two staff, which is cruel to employees and leads to unhappy customers. The place can be dirty with trash everywhere and bathrooms out of toilet paper. There are also issues with orders, such as receiving a Chai tea instead of a Macha latte with vanilla sirop. It is a standard Starbucks, but customers are starting to find another place because of the long waits, even for mobile orders.
