I visited this Starbucks last night around 7pm, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place - it was spotless. We decided to try a couple of their pumpkin spice drinks and took advantage of their "Thursday's in September" promotion, which offers a buy one get one free on festive drinks in September. The service was impressively quick. Even when one of my drinks was made incorrectly, the server was swift and polite in fixing it. Their prompt response to the issue was greatly appreciated.The Pumkin Spice Frappuccino is definitely TOP TIER.

Dont get me wrong, they make drinks very well. My orders never disappoint. However, the service is incredibly slow. Walked in with a literal crowd of about 20-30 people waiting for drinks with only one person behind the line. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my drink. I wasn't in a rush so I wasn't upset.. I undedstand they can get busy. But I feel like they should definitely plan for daily rushes and at least have 2 people making drinks so that orders can get made and done faster.

This place Is one of many Stores I Like . This place is In the Hillandale Shopping Center In the Outskirts of Silver Spring , Maryland . A Few Miles Past The White Oak Shopping Center . This place Is In the Center of The Shopping area near Safeway . As You walk in from the huge parking are You come in the doors You see a Huge Lobby area . Then against the far wall is the barista area with Great staff members who make the coffee and pastries and They have Mean Hot Chocolates during cold weather days . I Love the Chocolate Chunk Cookies and The Rum Cakes and Lemon Pound Cakes To Blueberry Muffins and all . It has free Wi Fi for people who use their Cell phones there . The Customer Service Is Amazing , very Cozy Family atmosphere . This is a place to kick back relax have coffee and pastries Or Hot Chocolate after a long day . I would Love a job there sometime as a Barista Cashier and ride for the Brand . I Love Starbucks for its Professional Customer Service and all . If you love this place as I do, This place is the one for you. So Please come and support this place it could use the business after the bad situations since the Covid Pandemic . Let's bring back the good Ole Days and put aside our pettiness forever and come together as Americans as It should and Must be again . We Look forward to seeing You all there really soon .

The woman making my coffee was very rude. My vanilla late that I paid almost $7.00 for didn’t taste quite right. I asked her if she added the hazelnut syrup that I paid for and vanilla. Instead of her making my coffee correctly and attempting to fix it, she handed me a cup of hazelnut syrup to add to my coffee myself. No stirrer or anything. So I had to ask her to add the syrup and at least stur it up for me. I am a paying customer and I expect to get what I paid for. I will not be returning.

I visited this location this morning just as they opened. It appears well kept. It was clean and smelled so too. The crew this morning were all very professional and friendly as each one made certain to greet me which Ilene know can be difficult at 6AM.Thank you so much Hillandale morning crew!It’s the small things that matter

Nice location but SLOW. I work down the street from here and even if you order 20 minutes in advance you still have to wait. It’s not because it’s busy or short staffed it’s because it’s unorganized. You will have many baristas just standing there not realizing that people waiting for their mobile orders are piling up.

I typically get a nitro brew everytime I come my last two times I think they are mixing it up with cold brew. I can not stand ice in my drinks (which is why I order nitro vs cold brew) and don't have time to wait on another because I got to get to work. So now I go to work stand and dig in my drink to pick out all the ice. My coffee in the morning supposed to start my day off to a right and bright day but when this happens it does the complete opposite.

I get that this is a busy location, but waiting over 15 minutes to get something as easy as a Nitro cold brew is pretty unacceptable.I watched the barista get to my order after spending ten minutes frantically trying to process a huge number of online orders. It was then left to sit unattended for 5 minutes while the barista got pulled away to process a bunch of other orders for people who came in after me (and got their drinks while mine was sitting there forgotten in the prep space).I hold nothing against the staff, they all seemed nice and hard-working (but really overworked). If business is that booming at this location, then Starbucks really needs to up their staffing levels to provide an adequate service.Also very convenient how you are asked to pay (and provide a tip) before you actually receive any service. I won't be coming back.

Awful service. I ordered food and a coffee then waited long enough to where I know people who ordered way after me got their food. I politely asked about my order and the worker sternly said "You didn't have a food order. I didn't ring you up for food." Then walked off.

Great staff. This location is constantly busy but the staff is supportive and provide great service. They have always ensured I receive my order and will go above and beyond to make up for delays/lost orders.

When I ordered a custom drink , they complained that it’s customized after they got it wrong in front of me.

This location's bathroom is never ever in the history of it being there clean. I understand its a dirty job but somebody has to do it. and if consistantly done it wont be as bad. Please do better Starbucks in Hillandale.
