Dunkin' is a popular coffee spot that offers a generally positive experience with friendly staff and efficient service. Customers appreciate the late-night hours, making it a reliable choice for early morning pickups. One customer noted that despite some minor issues, such as occasional mix-ups with orders or language barriers, the overall service remains dependable. The donut display is often praised for looking fresh and appealing. However, some reviews mention inconsistent customer experiences, with one customer highlighting excellent service from a manager who promptly resolved a coffee order issue. On the other hand, there have been complaints about certain employees being irresponsible or disrespectful, so customers are advised to choose their attendant carefully. Overall, Dunkin' continues to be a convenient option, though some have expressed disappointment with recent changes to the doughnut menu.
