Dirty coffee. The dirty tables, the worst, horrible service, from the girls there. I ordered a late coffee and they don't know the difference between a late and a cappuccino. They repeated it twice and they never made a well-made coffee. I left the coffee for you to drink, that's horrible.

This place would get 5 stars if they sent someone to investigate what the service staff is like, there is a brunette who talks very rudely to the other employees, she has a very arrogant appearance and always has a bad face, I didn't like the way she looked I talk to the girl about the same ones who work there, and they seem to be afraid of her, I will not return to this place so as not to see that woman there, poor employees.

Went here about two weeks ago and got a sandwich that had mold on the cheese. I’ve contacted corporate multiple times and have not been able to get a refund for the sandwich or any kind of compensation for the sandwich that I had to throw away. Horrible customer service at this location.

The doughnuts were old, hard and discolored.The cashier was friendly.There was a group of guys sitting in there just watching people. None were eating, ordering or working there. A bit sketchy.If you want doughnuts, stick to Krispy Kreme.

I usually come to this location everyday before work. It is the most convenient coffee place for me and I order my coffee through the app so it's ready by the time I get there. I do this because it is packed with misogynist Hispanic men in the mornings and I want to be able to minimize the discomfort of getting catcalled as much as possible. Obviously I don't expect the employees to necessarily do anything about it as they are paying customers as well but again, I like to be in and out as fast as possible. However, as of recently, my order (of the same iced caramel latte) has been taking longer and longer. I understand they get busy sometimes but it really shouldn't be taking more than 10 minutes to make it. That's usually how long I take from the time I order it at my house, to the time I take to get there. I try to be understanding but my experience this morning was really the last straw. I took about 15 minutes this time to get to the store and my order still wasn't ready. They had absolutely no one in line and there were MAYBE 3 customers in the store already eating. They made me wait another 15 minutes to make it and it wasn't until after I asked AGAIN how long it would be for my drink to be ready that they decided to tell me it was in the pickup area. I was absolutely fuming at the fact that they didn't just hand it to me. They didn't call out my name or anything. They had no other customers and I had literally given them my name five seconds ago. There was absolutely no good reason for them to be this petty and honestly stupid. This is a simple drink... milk, espresso, caramel and some ice. In no world should it take 30+ minutes to make. It's usually the short stubbier brunette girl who does this. She needs to be let go immediately. This place has great potential but not with employees like her.

When it walked in, it didn't smell clean. They were people loitering in the lobby. It smelled like smoke. The cashier was not attentive. Bad customer service. Never go there again

I usually love this location. I usually get coffee there while I am doing my laundry. Tonight, I went to buy an iced coffee for tomorrow. The young guy at the register had just taken my order and my money when. some of his friends walked in. They order some drinks that they did not pay for. He then proceeded to make their drinks. When I asked if he was going to make mine first since I was waiting, he said "no". The other young Latino gentleman who was in the back came and made my drink. He apologized for the first guys behavior. I have become so fed up with Dunkin Donuts that I bought a coffee maker. I have gone from buy coffee from them 5-6 times a week to barely once a week.
