“Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts after driving nearly 3 hours. Service was good, we only purchased coffee though. The restroom was out of service, which was disappointing after the long drive.“

“I always look forward to visiting Dunkin because of Panna. She consistently goes above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome. Her friendly attitude and warm smile truly stand out, even during busy times.

What I appreciate most is her patience—she takes the time to listen carefully, gets every order right, and never makes anyone feel rushed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and it makes a big difference in the overall experience.

“This is one of my all-time favorite Dunkin Donuts stores. Located in the Northgate Plaza Shopping Center, next to the Walgreens in Aspen Hill, I go out of my way to get my morning latte at this store. One of the many reasons I give this location my business is that I want to support the all-female staff. Not only is the staff quick and efficient with every process from the register to the drinks to the food/donuts, but they are also constantly on top of the cleaning. During downtime, machines are pulled away from the walls for sweeping, the floors are mopped, cases and counters are wiped, and the trash is emptied. There is no ego about who works the registers or makes the drinks and food. This staff works as a team and each team member handles whatever task needs to be done in that moment in order to best serve the customers. This team is friendly and efficient whether it's calm or chaotic. This is a smooth, well-run Dunkin Donuts. Oh, and if you need a last-minute gift for someone (or yourself) they always have tumblers on hand in various sizes and colors!“

“Been here dozens of times. Usually for breakfast before/after Saturday morning sports. Same vibe as the DDs in New England when I grew up. I enjoy coming here for a small celebration that work is over on Fridays. Currently on a date with my bride because this is one of the few places to sit and hang out in Cloverly. If my order is (rarely) messed up, they fix it, and then let me be an introvert in peace.“
