“I highly recommend the donuts. Visited Fairfax duck donuts about a month ago. However, the service was horrible. The staff was unfriendly, the cashier never greeted us and just took our order and passed it on to the next person. The T-shirt she was wearing was dirty and covered in flour. Maybe an apron that could be changed when dirty would be a good idea. The young lady who put the toppings on the donuts kept looking over her shoulder at a child who was crying and glaring at the mother. She was slow anyway and that made her even slower. When she finally gave me my order, again no greeting just slid the box toward me. I Commented I was missing missing one donut. Her reply was oh yeah I forgot to put that in the box. No apologies or anything. So as I said the donuts were great. Absolutely love them. But the staff need some training in customer service.“

“We love Astro Beer Hall! It’s a great spot for watching our local DC sports teams and far flung games like the NFL in Europe. There’s a wide variety of food on the menu - something for everyone! There’s an extensive draft beer selection and a speciality cocktail menu if you’re looking for something adventurous. The staff keeps us coming back.“

“Yeah, I recently did take out from this Dunkin Donuts and idk, the food was good & the service was quick. I ate inside a couple of times last year and it seemed fairly laid back. I think they could stand to get a LOT more business cuz as far as customers go it seemed slow. So if you are in a hurry you could probably get what you're after and be outta there quickly! If you're eating inside it appeared clean & well kept, which is what I look for.

Parking: Where it is parking could be a challenge. You can park at Harris Teeter & walk over if there is no parking on the street in front. I frequent Dunn Loring Metro Station and although I enjoy the Starbucks coffee there, as far as eating breakfast I'd rather walk to Dunkin from the station & get a sausage, egg & cheese croissant. It's a lot more filling & tasty than most things at Starbucks. Or at least that's my opinion & I never regret walking over there! The other thing I like about it is it doesn't matter what time it is. I can get it whether it's 9am or 11am.“

“This rating is for Jeffrey. When I went to Dunkin this morning, Jeffrey was the only employee working. He had a long line in addition to having to also fill mobile orders. It appeared that the opening person never showed up to work. In spite of this stressful situation, Jeffrey was calm, friendly, and professional. He should be recognized for this level of service.“

“This location is not open to the public. It’s also not the typical Dunkin Donuts with full service menus or hours. This location is exceptional for those who access it and they provide high quality service to those needing a speedy break for a donut and a bagel with cream cheese.
Highly reliable and convenient and a great compliment to Harry S. Truman. Much recommended!“
