I will like to complement the amazing customer service that Stephanie and Samantha give me.I been a manager for more than 20 years and this girls where great.Im very happy with my perchase everything was fresh and the quality of the product was amazing. Thanks Samantha and Stephanie you girls are making me go back for more and definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
I always like trying out donut shops. There was a bit of a line but it wasn't too bad. They do have some seating inside and more upstairs. The donuts were decent. I liked the flavor of the pumpkin cheesecake donut. (More of a cinnamon roll rolled in cinnamon sugar and topped with cream cheese and pumpkin.) I thought it was fun to try once but nothing spectacular that I would go back again for. The price was also pretty high.

The Salty Donut is a donut shop in Georgetown, DC that makes upscale donuts. It has seating inside and more upstairs. The donuts are insane, and the coffee is really delicious. The quality of the coffee and baked goods is excellent. The pumpkin cheesecake donut has a good flavor, and the lemon donut is amazing. The chocolate donut is good as well. The Vanilla Bean Brioche is rich, dense, and full of flavor without being overly sweet. The Brown Butter & Salt donut has the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The Brown Butter + Salt and the Key Lime are favorites, and a dozen can be bought to try a variety of flavors. The sandwiches are also loved. The place is adorable, consistent, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. However, the price is pretty high, and the tables and dining area need more attention to cleanliness, as some tables were not clean. The customer service left a lot to be desired, as the interaction with the cashier felt awkward, and the employees at the coffee station were not very warm or welcoming. The donuts alone are enough to make people come back, but the team could use a little more customer service training.
