This is not a complete Dunkin' Donuts. You pour your own coffee and put your own donuts in a bag and then pay for it. They have a limited selection. But you don't have to leave the building to get something and that's a plus. Note, you have to be in the State Department building to get to this Dunkin' Donuts, you can't get here from the street.
Have come here several times before work as it says it opens at 6, every time (3x now) the metal gate is closed although I see an employee in there...everytime. Everything I have found says it opens at 6. I have waited until 6:30 and they still haven't opened. If these aren't the right hours, maybe they should change it on public sites. And I haven't been the only one sitting outside in the chairs waiting at 6:20. Very frustrating

Seriously the worst service ever, even for a Dunkin' Donuts. My father and I stopped by to grab some coffees today in the hot July weather. I had such a terrible experience that I had to find the Yelp page even though I'm from out of town and surely will never stop by this place again, because it was so insanely bad. The woman behind the counter (who I'm certain is the same woman that other people have written about on here based on the description of her attitude) took forever...read full review
