I love the hardworking staff here. Between the federal employees, the students, and the tourists, these guys hustle like I've never seen to keep the pace and crank out the orders. Despite this, they're always super friendly and nice. This would be an otherwise plain and ordinary Dunkin if not for the staff. I hope they are paid well for their work.

I’m usually a die-hard Starbucks girl, but I was desperate for caffeine and passed a Dunkin’—so I popped in. I wasn’t expecting such a compact location, especially being right next to the American Red Cross building.
This morning, they were out of quite a few items. The employee explained that the manager had stepped out to grab more supplies and would be back soon. Fortunately, I was just after a plain coffee, so the lack of almond milk wasn’t a dealbreaker.
