“I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“

“I came to try this bakery after seeing it promoted on Instagram as an authentic Asian-style bakery. I miss the Japanese bakeries I would frequent often when living in Japan a few years ago, and this one definitely brought back those memories. The interior is cute and on display were a variety of Asian-style baked goods and some minimal seating. I got the ube twist and melon pan. The ube twist was really delicious — I’d highly recommend it. The melon pan was disappointing; I expect a crunchy cookie crust on melon pan and this one was sticky and soft. The bread itself was super plush and soft and amazing, so it would be great if they could improve upon it with a crunchier cookie crust. The bread items were $3-4 each, so not the cheapest, but I was happy to support a local Asian bakery.“

“I ended up at the Weathon location just by chance while waiting for an appointment in the area. The place is a counter with few tables located in the Civic Center/Library Hall. Coffee is really good, pastry was fresh and the lady at the counter was polite and kind. Highly recommended“

“What a welcoming little Ethiopian coffee shop! Once a market, Dire Coffee opened in 2020. Family-owned, Dire Coffee serves Ethiopian coffee beans in all different ways- black coffee, lattes, and more. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It came out hot and strong. The woman behind the register, who's the wife of the owner, asked how sweet I wanted my latte. She was very kind!

To eat, they have a variety of food. I ordered one sambusa and it was filled with lentils. It hit the spot!

The space itself is small, but comes with many places to sit. There's a small parking lot out front.“

“The bread was divine. The manicotti was pretty good. It has cold crab on top. The server told me beforehand, which wasn't a problem, but I just don't get it. Seems like the dish would have been better and more composed with warm crab. The salad on top didn't taste like much and didn't add anything other than texture to the dish. The only thing holding this review from being 5 stars is that the owner needs to assign more staff to the Saturday evening shift. There was 25-30 customers between 6:30 and 8pm on a Saturday, but only TWO employees working outside the kitchen. No host, no busser, no server. Just ONE waiter and ONE bartender during prime time dinner hours. The bartender was serving food instead of bartending and the waiter was frantically trying to take orders from 10+ tables. No one was bussing (dirty tables were left unattended until new customers arrived) and you had to find the waiter or bartender in order to get a seat. I hope the owner or manager sees this because I felt so bad for the two staff trying to run the front house of this restaurant on a Saturday night. They were doing their best and deserve more help so they can provide better service to customers.“

“Located in the former Colada space, this is a good place to grab some breakfast or lunch. Menu has a lot of variety. You can get salads, bowls, wraps and plates. We stopped by for breakfast and enjoyed their take on breakfast sandwiches. The croissant sandwich was good, but a little too thin to hold the ingredients. I did like the sauce that came with it.

My daughter enjoyed her Perfect Egg sandwich. These are pretty substantial sandwiches. I wish they had mocha coffee, but they didn't. Will come back to try their salads or bowls. Nicely decorated as well with lots of outdoor seating in the back.“

“This restaurant is amazing! From the food, atmosphere and service is perfect. The owner was working and was beyond kind and caring. I had never tried Indian food. So the owner walked me through what he would suggest and what it all came from. I ended up getting a dosa which was the best food I have ever had. When it came out the cook explained all of the masalas it came with.

I also asked for recommendations for desert and drink to bring home to my roommate. They suggested a chai, mango lasi, pineapple kessari and gulab jamun. Everything was to DIE for.

I felt so well taken care of. The owner is a wonderful person. I can not suggest this place enough!!! If you are looking for some of the best food from even better people, look no further. This will be the place for you!“

The hot chocolate was creamy and chocolatey and it was also the perfect temperature. I recommend adding whip cream as it really elevated the flavor with the contrasting temperatures. My friend got a turkey and cheese crepe and a caramel Frappuccino, both of which were very tasty. The savory crepe was super yummy and the caramel Frappuccino was sweet and frozen/creamy.
