“The managers seems to be on top of his business and I appreciate that as a customers. The staff for the most part has been polite. I will do my best to be mindful as well.2/2/24Older lady gets upset I am cleaning my glasses and when notice her noticing me(watching me). I got the sense a gentleman who works here a tall guy olive skin who usually goes out of his way to greet me. Ask me “good morning” I say that because the context in which he says it. Was clearly to confront me for what he thought he heard. This gentleman in the past has gone out of his way to greet me and idc if he has done before with other people but he seems almost obsessed to engage me and that makes me uncomfortable. In addition to it was clear he was confronting me and I said said “good morning”. And turned my back on him because he’s not someone of importance. I just don’t appreciate being confronted due to a lack of communication. From experience I know that he would still confront me even if he understood this lady was being dramatic and because he could relate to her one way or another he would still try to portray me as the villain.PS,I hate to complain but I have to when I see I am being confronted or it’s important. If it’s valid it’s valid. Regardless“
“What is a single donut hole among many? On a typical Donut Run run it may not seem like much; it's the smallest and quickest form of that sugary gratification. At The Donut Run, donut holes are 10 for $3, putting the value at just 33 and 1/3 cents. Not much by any means! But today the value of one donut hole was a lifetime returning customer thanks to 14 out of 10 customer service. As I was eagerly packing my run bag mid chomp on some of the tastiest donut holes in the world I somehow fumbled one onto the ground. Reluctantly I threw it away. Usually this tragedy would go unnoticed. But my cashier spotted the incident and without haste brought me extra donut holes to right any of gravitys wrongs In causing the mishap. needless to say I've never been more moved by such a simple gesture. Will I return every Saturday for these priceless donut holes? You bet your donut hole on it.“
“Here for business, the only thing I wish they opened earlier (for selfish reasons that way I can have it on my way to work every day)? lol food was great cheese grits never had grits where I didn't have to do anything to it. They allowed me to change it up so I got the honey blueberry biscuit with bacon egg and cheese. Amazing ?“
“I was pleasantly surprised with the ube (purple yam) mochi donut! I'm from Los Angeles visiting for business and the mochi donut craze has simmered down over there. The ube mochi donut here was perfectly sweet for this kind of donut, and it had a really nice mochi chew to it. For those unfamiliar with mochi, it's a rice flour, which makes the texture more chewy rather than a traditional donut. It's not a fluffy donut, so if it sits out for too long, the fried oil gets absorbed into the dough more. The one from Donutchew was still fresh enough to not have the oily texture to it.I also got a jasmine milk tea (half sugar) and really enjoyed it. Jasmine tea had a strong floral aroma/taste to it and this milk tea didn't dilute it out. If you like the taste of teas, I'd really recommend this one.“
“These are awesome donuts! My favorites are the maple bacon, just incredible. The folks in the store are great. This donut shop is unique in that they make the donuts to order. However, these donuts are pricey! This shouldn't be a one-dollar sign "$" listing, it should be at least two. These are great for special occasions but too expensive for an ordinary morning donut and coffee.“
“The service is always good, prompt and polite. These are my favorite mochi donuts. I work nearby and love to treat myself after I get out of work. I also grab a bubble tea , since it is in the cafeteria with a lot to choose from. I think the chewiness to fluffiness ratio is perfect. I always get the Biscoff and the Ube. The flavor is amazing!!!! I recommend.“
“Momo Mochi Doughnuts are an absolute delight! The fusion of soft mochi and fluffy doughnut creates a unique and delicious treat. With an array of delightful flavors and excellent customer service, Momo Mochi Doughnuts is a must-visit for any dessert lover.“
“This is my favorite DD in the area. They always get my order right and if there are ever any problems, they are happy to fix whatever it is. I come here at least a couple times a week and always have a positive experience.Parking: Parking lot that's shared with other businesses, but because DD is on the corner you'll always find parking“
“I have been going to this Dunkin for years when I am in the area, and I believe it is the best one! Orders are always prepared quickly, correctly, and even better, their warm foods (wraps etc) don’t have that weird taste you often get with Dunkin foods (I assume it’s related to the cleaning products used in the appliances). The staff are friendly, and many current staff have been there even before COVID. Highly recommend!“
“A pretty nice Dunkin'! I was a little disappointed that there was an old dude wearing a tinfoil hat and rambling about President Joe Biden, the CIA, and some other odd, unintelligible things. But the donuts and coffee were Funkin' delicious“
“I'm a Dunkin' fan. I love their coffee. The service at this store is good. The turnover is high, but I've never had a bad experience. The staff is polite and friendly. The few times there's been a mistake on my order they've addressed it right away and made good on it.“
“I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“
