I been coming to this Dunkin for the past two months. When I say all the women that work here is so polite, nice, professional and kind, I mean it. Especially Samantha, she has a commercial type of personality meaning she so nice and always smiling and very professional. It’s not a visit I have had where I went to this Dunkin and they were not greeting, cleaning, or nice and polite.

Cashier was very nice and told me about and let me sample the new peanut butter syrup. Amazing customer service!!!!

Dunkin' has undergone significant changes, with the notable decline in the quality of their donuts. Gone are the days of freshly baked pastries, replaced by industrial-baked goods shipped from afar. The atmosphere has also suffered, with locations now smelling of cardboard rather than the rich aromas of pastry and coffee. The service is often lacking, with counter help struggling to understand simple requests, such as ordering a glazed donut. The food itself is also subpar, with a mediocre grilled cheese sandwich lacking the taste and texture of a traditional grilled cheese. Despite some employees, like the friendly and professional woman who served one customer, Dunkin' still has a long way to go to regain its former glory.
