The donuts are NOT even close to the same tasty goodness they once were, but then again, the donuts didn't used to be cooked in giant industrial bakeries hundreds of miles away and then shipped in on trucks days in advance of their use. In the past, the donuts were cooked on site. When you walked into any location, the warm air was heavy with the rich aromas of pastry, sweet toppings, and fresh coffee. This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. No one here seems to have any idea how to do their jobs. Expect to stand at the counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone even notices you’re here. It’s almost expected that some part of your order will be wrong.

Just stopped for a coffee on 2/1 around 12:45pm. I wish I have gotten the girls name that was working, she was very friendly and just had a happy demeanor. Looked like she was working by herself, waiting on the counter and drive thru and still friendly and professional.
