The one reason I always come to this Dunkin is because the customer service is amazing! There was a sweet girl who took my order through the drive-thru and also helped me figure out the Dunkin’ app. She had such a kind voice and was incredibly patient and helpful. I stopped by after work around 1:30 PM, and honestly, the experience was so pleasant that I’ll definitely be coming back again! ❤
I just love this locally owned Dunkin. They're always busy but still know me when I walk in. Maybe I go too much. 😆 Nurses run on Dunkin so it's great that I never have a real wait for my orders. Super friendly and the hash browns are so good.
I come to this store every morning for a coffee and some donuts, and the person at the window is very helpful and attentive; it’s a pleasure to come here every day.
