“I had such a wonderful experience at Paris Baguette today, thanks to Mayleen.

I came in hoping to buy a specific cake for my girlfriend’s stepmother’s birthday, but unfortunately the last one was purchased by the couple right in front of me. I was honestly pretty disappointed.

Mayleen immediately recognized how disappointing the situation was and handled it with such kindness, empathy, and professionalism. She sincerely apologized, took the time to make me feel valued as a customer, and even went above and beyond by offering me slices of another delicious cake as a thoughtful gesture.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about a customer’s experience the way she did. While I didn’t leave with the cake I originally wanted, I left impressed by the outstanding customer service I received. Employees like Mayleen are exactly why people become loyal customers.

“I got a coldbrew coffee, my daughter got a sandwich. I like their coffee, especially the cold brew. Many of their competitors seem to try to outdo each other on how much they can burn their coffee beans; I am not a fan of that. The booth was dirty, and the restroom wasn't fully clean, this is kind of typical of a business that is this busy and doesn't have enough staff to send one out to clean often enough. The bathroom had a combo lock, but they are free in giving the code to customers.“

“We originally came for the donuts, but this time we decided to try the coffee as well and it did not disappoint.
Both the latte and cappuccino were exceptionally smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. You can taste the quality in every sip (the latte art alone deserves a round of applause 👏)

Special shoutout to David, he was genuinely kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Great service plus great coffee is always a winning strategy.

“Nicest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. They don’t make em like this in New York. Large store on the corner with comfortable seating inside and on the patio, in the morning shade. Very busy, very clean location. Would have been quicker if I hadn’t ordered ahead, but the wait was not too bad. App orders are placed on shelves in front of the counter for pick up, which is something that wouldn’t make it New York, either. Coffee hot and fresh, doughnuts delicious. Bathrooms available. Accessible ♿️.“
