I only post reviews - positive or negative - when I am MOVED to. One bad experience doesn't send me to the keyboard to disparage a business. That being said, I have been to enough Dunkin locations - including this one sporadically for over 7 years - to know that this ain't it. When it's been a year in between trips and you return to the same bad experience, as I did this past Saturday morning, it's worth sharing the warning.
