I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a muffin and ask for double egg they only gave me two eggs and no turkey sausage then when I try to call them this morning and no one picked up the phone what's the point of having a contact number if you're not going to pick up the phone

It's 6 am and the line at the drive-thru is cranking. At least 10 cars in line.I headed inside to get some donuts and coffee for the wonderful people in the medical office I am going to.Place is clean, organized and ready for business. Took them a little to get to me, but that is okay, gives me time to review the selection of donuts to add to my box. Today's order is a dozen donuts and a large iced coffee. Overall, in and out in under 7 minutes.Coffee here is still the reasonable priced and the best tasting in my opinion. Donuts are always fresh and delicious.My only issue with this location is the parking lot. Painted arrows tell you which lanes go in what direction, but not everyone follows that. So have your head on a swivel.Enjoy!Parking: Be careful driving up and down the lanes of the parking lot. People fly across the spaces to get to drive-thru lane so pay attention.

I DoorDash frequently and it’s always a mess. Wrong bread, missing items and more but this had to be the most insane. I ordered a maple syrup bacon and this is what I received. Where is the bacon??
I had to pick up an order of donuts this morning Fri 10/13 @7:30. The young lady behind the counter was kind, courteous, professional, and patient. I had pre ordered Thursday saying I would pick my donuts out. To my surprise, DD had already selected them. I felt bad that the young lady took the time to select my donuts as there was a long line behind me. I appreciate DD in my neighborhood for taking the time to care of me :)

I've never made a Yelp review in my life but I downloaded the app solely to make one about this Dunkin location. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I go here a couple times a week to pick up my mobile order for a little over a year now and the staff is so unfriendly and it almost seems as if you're bothering them if you ask them for literally anything. If you're standing at the pickup counter they won't even acknowledge you, it's as if they're on a stage and they don't want to break the 4th wall. I understand that things get busy but for pick up orders all you're doing is handing us a drink or a bag and they act like you asked them to go outside and pick coffee beans. Side note: there was this young maybe teenage boy that works there (not sure if he still does) and he's always super nice, friendly and has a smile on his face.
