Both times I've been to this location I've been disappointed. The first time my fries were limp and partially frozen from being undercooked. When I tried to call 4-5 times no one answered. The 2nd time I went I asked for a steak egg and cheese bagel with no egg but instead they gave me a sausage and cheese bagel. This time when I called, again no one answered. Franchises are getting like every other business.So in this McDonalds, you can't get a Frappuccino and an Expresso separately. Even if you drink exspresso. They presuppose you're going to pour it in the expresso.If you tell them you actually want expresso, they will refuse to sell it to you. I won't even go into how nasty dirty the parking lot is.
