“Food was delicious. Service was slow over specialty items that were ordered. The atmosphere was well kept/new however majority of the tables contained traces of the previous occupants.

Popeyes prices are high, however they just dropped some coupons and I am excited over their $5 menu. Love that chicken!“

The customer service is generally satisfactory, and my previous experiences have mostly been through the drive-thru window. However, during my recent visit, I decided to explore the restaurant further and use the restroom. Unfortunately, I was quite surprised by its condition and limited facilities.

For a public restaurant serving a considerable number of customers, having only one toilet stall is a significant limitation. This means that another customer must wait until the person using it has finished before they can access the facility. In addition, the restroom does not appear to be adequately equipped or designed to accommodate multiple users, which could potentially create cleanliness and hygiene concerns, particularly during busy periods.

Overall, the restaurant has several positive qualities, including its strategic location, presentable staff, and reasonable customer service. However, the restroom facilities require serious attention and improvement to meet the needs and expectations of its customers.

By and large, based on my experience, I would prefer using the drive-thru rather than dining inside until the restroom and related customer facilities are significantly improved.“
