I had a great experience at Popeyes recently and just had to share. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious — crispy chicken with that perfect spicy kick, golden fries, and a buttery biscuit that hit the spot. Everything tasted like it just came out of the fryer in the best way possible.

The staff was friendly and efficient, even though it was pretty busy. My order was accurate, came out quickly, and the team behind the counter seemed genuinely upbeat and professional. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable — just what you want when you’re craving comfort food.

Shoutout to the crew working that day — they really made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!“

“It was good customer service they accepted my Popeyes coupon and when I asked for extra sauce they gave it to me even when they forgot something my French fries they stopped me and said here's your fries you forgot to put it in the bag appreciate that good customer service“

“High turnover very crowded. High turnover so fresh product.at all times. Front in Mgr awesome. I watched her training and assist with serving giving her crew time to learn make mistakes yet keeping service moving. Most importantly area is ruff but the speed with with you are served you out of there both the quickness..my only negative comment is the doordash and walk in customer are not in distinct enough areas so this creates unneccessary backups and frustrations for take out or doordash.participants..so

“The service is very slow. Sometimes they will give senior discounts and sometimes they don't.This is an update from my previous experience at this Popeyes.The place stays dirty. The floor, counter top has soda on it most of the time. They sell old and fresh chicken together.For this to be a fairly new place it sure is terrible!“

“The food here is delicious. Their fried chicken is great — always hot and juicy with good-sized portions. The red beans and rice is amazing. Their fries are usually good too — though you can sometimes get a soggy batch.You can complain that they don’t clean the floors enough or that the people behind the counter are over-worked. Both probably true — but it’s a Popeyes in Adams Morgan, not Chez Paris.“
