I felt like it was intentional and I am quick to complain so I wanted to give a big smile to 8th st for understanding the assignment!

Sometimes I would be overlooked at the front desk person could be standing there doing absolutely nothing and other times, I would be greeted right away once it was my turn nice environment and enjoyed my food.“

“Had a pleasant experience getting food at Popeyes. I ordered chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy. The tenders were crispy and juicy, and the gravy had a nice savory flavor. The employees were polite and my order was prepared correctly. Overall, a really good experience.“

“It was good customer service they accepted my Popeyes coupon and when I asked for extra sauce they gave it to me even when they forgot something my French fries they stopped me and said here's your fries you forgot to put it in the bag appreciate that good customer service“

“The service is very slow. Sometimes they will give senior discounts and sometimes they don't.This is an update from my previous experience at this Popeyes.The place stays dirty. The floor, counter top has soda on it most of the time. They sell old and fresh chicken together.For this to be a fairly new place it sure is terrible!“

I had a great experience at Popeyes recently and just had to share. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious — crispy chicken with that perfect spicy kick, golden fries, and a buttery biscuit that hit the spot. Everything tasted like it just came out of the fryer in the best way possible.
The staff was friendly and efficient, even though it was pretty busy. My order was accurate, came out quickly, and the team behind the counter seemed genuinely upbeat and professional. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable — just what you want when you’re craving comfort food.
Shoutout to the crew working that day — they really made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!“
