Ended up with 2 orders delivered. One was delivered, the other was not. They don't have accountability with doordash, and doordash cannot help with order issues. Very convenient for both of them.Also, there is no way to actually get to anyone in support. Automated text responses and email only. Even the phone number instructs you to continue via automated text, never get to speak with anyone. Ever. Craziness. Popeyes was my favorite fast for chain, but no more. I wasted $22 on an order that I never received and no one will talk to me. They've just slipped lately. Too bad. They were a good place for a long time. But they lost a loyal customer and everyone he gets to share his experience with. Everyone I share this with appreciates my issue and is annoyed about it.I will keep sharing this with everyone that I know who wants to order Popeyes. And they are listening, thankfully. No one likes to hear things like this. I just can't understand companies that have absolutely no regard for their (soon to be "former") loyal customers. That's the only way I can describe this. This is a poor, poor, poor company today.“
