“I placed an order for pick up on 8/19/26 around 8pm and arrived to pick up my order around 8:15pm. This location gets steady traffic and always has a great, hard working staff that does their best to provide excellent service. Last night, there was a hiccup with my order-half of it was missing and was possibly given to someone else (mistakes happen, and when it’s super busy, it’s understandable) and the manager on site, Diana provided the best service I’ve received in a long while. She remade my whole order and apologized sincerely for the wait, even giving me a complimentary drink for having to wait. I’ve worked in the restaurant/fast casual dining industry and I understand how rough it can be sometimes, so I wasn’t upset at all. She confirmed every item on my order when it was ready to ensure the best possible service. She’s a wonderful example of what this industry needs and why I appreciate leaders like her in this position. She was helpful even alongside with her staff and she should be recognized for the exemplary leadership she upholds. Give her a raise!!! :)“
