“I am a food critic! I Love a clean restaurant, with, good service, and food. This was my first time ever eating at a Longhorns Restaurant. When I tell you, it was AMAZING! I mean what I’m saying! Where should I start?! First off, our waiter Kevin was so attentive, and on point. Even tho he had other tables, he didn’t miss a beat. Not only to say, when the servers from the kitchen, in assistance with bringing the food out, was also helpful. I just LOVED IT! And if that wasn’t enough… Kevin the Manager was PHENOMENAL! He was checking on everyone, making sure we were doing fine, also helping the server’s! I mean one of THE BEST of Managers I’ve seen in years! The Food OMG! DELICIOUS & FRESH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, if I can say that! But I’ve eating at a lot of places. But that spinach dip, with that lightly toasted pita bread, oh was so delicious! I also had a rack of rib dinner, with a sweet potato, and broccoli! Dessert the Strawberry Cheesecake! I can go on and on! This is the place for fine dinning, also a good atmosphere, along with the BEST service, I’ve experienced in a while! Thank you Longhorns, for having Kevin & Kevin in this restaurant last night, so I was able to experience this AWESOME & AMAZING SERVICE!“

“Haven't been here in around 3-4 years but was pleasantly surprised by the food here. Tried the Chilean Seabass and the pork chop and enjoyed them. Ambiance inside was nice for a group setting. Our server was very kind and was very accommodating for my Mothers birthday. Only gripe I had was a 22% service fee for parties of 6 or more which is a little higher than standard.“

“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. “We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. “We had recently celebrated my uncle's birthday at the Prime Rib. Our server Ka'Mora was such a delight! She was so sweet and was able to help us figure out what we wanted on the menu. She kept checking in on us and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed the food. We absolutely enjoyed having her as our server. Will definitely be back again and will ask for her! Ka'Mora was amazing!!“

“My wife and I, along with our mom, went here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. The place was noticeably clean, and the host was extremely friendly and kind to us! Our server, Kennedy, greeted us at our table with a smile, made great eye contact and promptly captured our orders. She was amazingly swift as we noticed her serving others in her section along with ours. We couldn’t help but be impressed! She made our visit one to remember for sure. Definitely will be back and will bring some friends with us.
