I ordered the prime rib 10oz and received a burnt end cut portion that could not be cut with the steak knife. the serrated blade did cut the meat. The server repeatedly said," I'm SORRY." then the chef or cook? came out to say the same thing. I informed them SORRY doesn't get . He said he would remove the charge from the bill. that was acceptable.
Food choices were amazing and my server was top notch!! There were so many options on the menu. Can't wait to go back.
I had the crab dip and the Kona Steak Skewers for apps. Along with Seafood Ravioli as an entree.
Oh, the Jameson Whiskey cocktail was delightful as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The kitchen and staff truly go the distance to make sure the food is prepared well and served well.
Staff are attentive but not intrusive, food is prepared with a bit of flair and a high degree of neatness (not just tossed on the plate).
