“I went to medium rare while having my family in town. I’ve never been, but heard great things so I wanted to take my family there. Best decision I have ever made. Our server Jonas was very knowledgeable of the area and great customer service. The manager I believe he said Dan came over and said hi and checked on us. We thought it was just a lucky case, but we noticed he talked to almost every table and even had non guests walking by with dogs waiting for him doing tricks. “We go here all the time this was one of the best times we've been our food was on point and cooked perfectly this time everything was really delicious our service was a little slow our server barely served us it was other people the entire time. And we had already gotten our appetizers and never received anything to drink at all a server assistant finally brought us water and then when our food came we had to ask the manager or whoever it was for our actual drinks that we ordered I don't know if she thought we just we're not going to tip like she wanted us to or what the deal was I always leave over 25% this time she only got 20% and she's lucky she got that. If our food hadn't been so good I would have definitely complained on her and I rarely ever have any complaints at a restaurant her name may have been Kate not sure but hopefully you don't get her if you go“

“The dinner was only "marred" by the entre trying to be serviced while we were still eating our appetizer. We could not believe that a restaurant of this quality would allow a service to bring out the main course while we were only half way through the appetizer. What does this mean? Well, in the states, it seems as though they are always trying to rush you through the meal to get the table free, but this restaurant does not have waiting lines like bonefish grill or those other type restaurants.“

“This is on the lower level of a Ronald Reagan building and with it being a federal building you do have to go through security. After walking half the day already, I was ready for a warm lunch. The Philly Cheese Steak was really good. It had great flavor and was cooked exactly the way I ordered it. The fries that came with it were fine as well. The food was quick and ready to go in a few short minutes.

Overall, it certainly was a decent lunch. It did the purpose of recharging me to be ready for the second half of sight seeing.“

“My daughter celebrated her 17th birthday here. The host was the best I have ever in my life thus far, and I travel a lot and have various restaurants experiences. He was amazing! She had 12 17 yo guest and they all agreed. The food was delicious! The host was very accommodating when the food didn’t come out fast enough due to the number of guest. The food and service was so good, that my daughter had food delivered to the house the next day! Highly recommended. I didn’t sit with them because… I’m not that type of parent, but I waited in the lobby area just in case I was needed and they offered me wine and even provided ice cream for me as I waited. I won’t post photos because the kids are underaged but everything was perfect! Thank you. They did a great job! We will be back (the adults not kids this time) lol.“

“I used the curbside service on 4/22. The food is always correct and good. However the issue is with customers and some employees using to-go curbsude spots as actual parking spots. This is the only issue with parking. If you choose to go pick up. You may have to park in front of a car in a to go spot or provide a general area for your food to be brought to you.“

“As we walked in, we were greeted with a smile & warm welcome. then we were told there is no ac working in the restaraunt & we decided to wait for a seat instead of going to the bar. during our wait at the table, there was a man that was serving others & not us. However, we remained calm due to the understanding of the heat index outside being high & there was no working ac inside. a young lady by the name of Morgan came & greeted us & began to assist us with our order. she was not only a very nice, sweet young lady but i later learned she was new. she handle our order with grace, speed, accuracy. she came to ask if we were ok several times during our visit & assisted with anything we needed. i was so impressed by her patience and willingness to assist in the heat that i asked her to please bring her manager. some would look confused but she didn't mind & got her manager. her manager, Kendra came by & all i could do was rave about the service received from Morgan. I then loved the service received from the manager Kendra too. they were both so customer service oriented during a heat wave & gracious with their customers. i highly recommemd anyone to please come by Outback Largo, MD for stellar customer service! they were helpful in every way!
