We arrived around 8:30 PM and had a 35 minute wait, so we were hungry when we were seated. I tried to ignore the fact that clothes tables were having issue with their server until we too had issues. It took about 20 mins before he came to us. We were ready with our drink order and food order. We did not get bread for another 20 mins, with no plates nor utensils. Yikes. I don't even know where to start. We're visiting from out of town and were looking for a close spot with brand standards (consistency) after a long day. We put ourselves on the wait-list when we were 20 minutes away and it gave us a 25 minute wait time. We waited in our car for an additional 15 minutes (40 minutes from getting on the list) before walking inside. I should have turned around and left but lack of other options led me inside. Unfortunately, they are understaffed and it shows in the extended wait times, cleaning of tables after guests leave, and bringing out drinks and food in a timely order. I waited over an hour for a medium steak and baked potato only for the steak to be extremely over cooked.
