“Food was good not great. Presentation was good. Mainly ordered off the happy hour menu. Flat breads were tasty. Sides were just okay. The half chicken had a flavorful crispy skin. The lamb was the highlight. Desserts were small in shot glasses and were good. Our server was very attentive.“

From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. “We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!“

“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. I'm overseas and called the restaurant to pay for my family while they are there....unfortunately my credit card declined since I'm overseas and the manager Xavier (EC,MD) took it upon himself and paid for them himself! I used to work at Outback back in the day and their hospitality has not changed. well done!!!“

“The food was good. I am not sure if it was due to the event at the casino, but the service was poor. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to address us once seated. Once approached, the staff were nice; however, we waited over an hour after someone addressed us to receive our food. We were only able to take a few bites before the show, but ultimately we were unable to enjoy our meal in the restaurant. We were seven minutes from leaving when the meal came.“
