“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. “Mothers Day lunch at Corner Stable in Columbia was excellent The staff and owner are always so friendly and the food was excellent. The Mother’s Day combo consisted of a 6 oz filet which was amazing, shrimp and a crab cake and it did not disappoint. we were a table of 12 and service and meal were excellent highly recommend this location. “First time visiting here. Halal BBQ is a relatively new concept around here and wanted them ncheck it out. Ordered two Halal Beef Brisket sandwich combos with french fries and a canned soft drink each, a Halal Bacon and Brisket combo sandwich with curly fries and can of coke, Mozzarella cheese sticks combo and a chicken tender serving. Overall the family enjoyed the food, my beef bacon was over cooked and the strips of beef brisket were thin slivers of meat with a barely discernable flavor coated with copious amounts of BBQ sauce. First impression was so-so, for me. Seating was barely adequate with people standing over your head to order. It was night time and rainy sonif they have outdoor seating, it was not part of the equation tonight. I will definitely visit again as I like to support small upcoming businesses and I like the concept of contemporary American food for those who prefer to eat Halal.“

We celebrated our daughter’s 10th birthday tonight and she really enjoyed the cheesecake (her bday dinner was also free which we didn’t know and thought was very nice)!“

My first time here I brought the chicken wing lunch special and never made it out the parking lot with it. When we have parties instead of cooking chicken most of the time we get up early Saturday morning to come to the market to buy 100 or more piece for the party and we buy some to eat on the way home. “I ordered brunch from here over the weekend and got the shrimp & grits. My food was delicious and the portions were big! While I was there someone else was picking up their food and they ordered a cheesesteak that looked so damn good! I’ll definitely be back for that. I won’t lie it’s not the cheapest brunch/lunch option BUT it’s definitely worth it AND it’s BLACK OWNED!“

“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. “This was my second time eating here. The last time was years ago, and they didn't include lettuce with the BBQ, which was one of the reasons I started going elsewhere. However, my sister chose this restaurant for her birthday, so we gave it another try.
I'm happy to say they now include lettuce! The banchan was decent, the kimchi was delicious, and the BBQ was excellent. We ordered the second combo with the samgyeopsal and marinated beef. My brother-in-law did the grilling (as usual!), and I ordered the large naengmyeon (cold noodles in a delicious icy broth). I ate until I felt like I was going to explode!
The only downsides were that the space felt a bit cramped, and the prices were slightly higher than the other Korean restaurant we usually visit on Bethany Lane. Nevertheless, the most important thing is that the food tasted authentically Korean. 😋 The waitress was also very attentive, which made the experience even better.“
