“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. Thank you Mission for making our day the best! TL:DR Well organized and professional. We would have them cater events again!“

“Having our church women's winter fellowship catered was great. Choosing boxed meals was very appropriate and affordable. The food was delivered on time, hot and very good. Our clean up crew was ecstatic because they did not have to break down a buffet set-up.“
“I used Everything Barbecue to prepare some dishes for my family’s monthly dinner and the food was delicious. We had ribs, chicken wings, mac&cheese and green beans. Everyone enjoyed all the food and the ribs’ flavor and tenderness stood tall. I definitely recommend that you stop by their truck and taste for yourself.“

I’ve been coming to 193 Barbecue for over ten years, and it’s still my favorite spot. The quality has never changed — it’s always consistent, always fresh, and always hits the spot. Their steak is honestly the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked every single time.
The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food portions are worth every penny. This is one of those rare places that’s stayed great for a whole decade. Highly recommend!“

“This is one of the best place to buy Chicken from, Me and my sister comes here all the time. My first time here I brought the chicken wing lunch special and never made it out the parking lot with it. When we have parties instead of cooking chicken most of the time we get up early Saturday morning to come to the market to buy 100 or more piece for the party and we buy some to eat on the way home. Love the place“

“My significant other and myself came to try the well known Hungry Bowl to see what all the hype was about. I was very surprised that the customer service was very good. Our love server Kailyn was warm and welcoming. She didn’t miss a beat when going through the rule and the proper way to order. The food on the other hand was just okay but that’s my opinion. If my return was based on my service alone I would be back however the food was not as good as predicted.“

“The server was fantastic, even though they give you a tablet to order they still come around to check on you and clear your plates. The selection of meats and soup bases and extras was incredible! I still cannot believe everything but drinks was included in the price. The appetizer bar and appetizer menu is included, you can order as may soup bases as you want, and you can create your own sauces. I will 100% be coming back“

“We had an excellent experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Columbia, MD, especially given that we came in with a large party of 16. The staff was able to accommodate us without issue, which we truly appreciated.
Our waitress did an outstanding job—she kept all of the orders organized and accurate despite the size of our group, checked on us consistently, and made sure refills were provided without us having to ask. The food came out promptly and hot, and everything was exactly as ordered.
Overall, the service was smooth, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Managing a large party isn’t easy, but they handled it seamlessly. We had a great experience!“

“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. “We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. Shaun, keep up the good work. We will be back soon.“

“I would like to take a moment to formally recognize and commend the team at the Bowie LongHorn Steakhouse location for their outstanding service.
After having a very frustrating experience at another location earlier the same day, I visited the Bowie location—and the difference was truly night and day. From the moment I sat down at the bar, I was immediately greeted by the bartender, who took the time to clean the table, provide water, and ensure I was comfortable.
What stood out most was the level of attentiveness and professionalism. The bartender took my order promptly, checked in throughout my visit, and maintained a welcoming and respectful attitude the entire time. This was especially impressive given that the Bowie location was noticeably more crowded, yet the service remained efficient and consistent.
This experience reflects exactly what customer service should look like—acknowledgment, responsiveness, and professionalism regardless of how busy the environment is.
The team at the Bowie location should be recognized for setting the standard. Their service not only turned my day around but also reinforced confidence in the LongHorn brand.
I strongly recommend that this team be acknowledged for their performance, as they represent the level of service customers expect and deserve.
