They were calling things out, supporting one another, staying accountable, and still managing to be kind and present with customers.

It was actually beautiful to watch.

You could tell they had a strong team dynamic—everyone knew their role, stepped in when needed, and kept things moving without stress spilling over into the environment.

Also, I want to highlight how refreshing it was to see a team of beautiful, melanated staff working so seamlessly together. The energy in that space felt positive, welcoming, and uplifting.
