It honestly felt like she knew more than the manager she was working with. My drink was initially rung up incorrectly by another employee (Manny), and when Nasha handed it to me, I mentioned it was supposed to be iced with extra caramel drizzle. She immediately apologized, fixed it without hesitation, and even upgraded my grande to a venti. She truly saved the day.
She was running around handling multiple orders like a superwoman and still managed to keep everything professional, fast, and friendly. Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. She definitely deserves recognition—and honestly, a raise!“
