“I spent a month inside this hospital and visited frequently. Tye, Courtney and the whole Starbucks staff was phenomenal. Everyone knew my name, checked in on me constantly and gave their best wishes to me daily. The staff went above and far beyond a handcrafted drinks and snacks. They really cared at a time when I needed it most. I think it’s also important to note that they make an excellent Caramel Macchiato! This is definitely my favorite Starbucks!“

“This is the closest Starbucks to my home, but I'd go out of my way to order here anyway knowing what I know. I have one of 'those' drinks. A very specific order, and this location nails it every single time. I wish we could tip through the app because at this point, I owe them a big one for always getting it just right. Even though I pick mine up, someone always acknowledges me and smiles in my direction.“

“Miriam was a breath of fresh air! She was so pleasant with me and my husband when we stopped by one evening for some coffee. We aren’t quite regulars but my husband has a drink he really likes. Even though they were out of sweet cream which is an ingredient in the drink, she made a modification to ensure the drink would be to his liking. Miriam was so gracious and professional making it evident that she truly cared about providing a great customer experience. Thanks Miriam! Have a wonderful holiday!“

“You know what you are getting with Starbucks. This store moved from one corner to the other corner of the little shopping area so that it could incorporate a drive-through. I haven't used the drive-through, however at the times I've been there, the line doesn't seem too bad. I almost exclusively order ahead using the app so that my coffee and sometimes breakfast sandwich is ready when I get there. Most of the time everything is ready and I can walk in and out and I love this convenience. There have been a few times where my order was "taken by accident." The staff has noticed me standing around waiting and any time this has happened, they remake my drink for me. It is super annoying to have to wait, but I really appreciate the staff's effort to make a replacement.“
