“I don't get to this location very often, just due to where it is located. It hasn't changed much inside. It was not a bad experience but it was not great. I came in, there was one person working behind the counter. I waited my turn to order after two people before me placed their orders and the barista made the orders. Then, she took my order and the next person. I sat down to wait. Another barista came out from the back, and the first one left on break. The new barista made the drink of the lady after me, took 3 more orders and made all of them. I went up at that point and asked about mine. He thought it was already made for some reason... So, I got it eventually.“
“So nice! My children loves there Frappuccino and I also love there coffee. The Peppermint Hot Coca is so good it’s like a sweet sugary smell that smells like mint. The snowman cookie it’s like a biscuit sugary sweet cookie the smell the taste when it goes in your mouth you just think about the drink.Vegetarian options: I tried there Vegetarian Hot Coca it’s tastes much better.Parking: Locust Point is the most recommended Starbucks.Kid-friendliness: When my children takes there own orders the staffs are so sweet and so professional like there so delightful to the children! How lovely is that. ❤️“

“I've not visited this Starbucks before today. The inside it cozy, maybe it was more appealing pre-pandemic. The staff conversed among themselves a while before taking note of me in line. My order was then taken without issue and made in order with respect to what I ordered (Iced Matcha w/ Coldfoam VS a hot coffee ordered after me). I saw a lot of non patrons taking up seating. I guess that's a thing in Starbucks. I'll stick with taking my orders to go, should I return.“

“I went to This Starbucks on November 9th 2022 around 7:30 p.m. and the girls working were absolutely awesome. They were so helpful when I was having trouble with my app and And we're just very sweet. This is definitely the kind of service that I look for and nowadays it's really hard to find good customer service, so being treated kind was a refreshing change and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for being just nice people!“
“YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF. Why do you have only one person available to make drinks on a weekday morning? While this young lady was doing her best, she absolutely could not handle all these people fast enough. And it's always like this lately....not enough staff in the rush hours. 1 extra person would have made a big difference. I did a mobile order and still had to wait 15+ minutes after getting there for my drink. Management get it together. This is area is full of college students, I'm sure you can find someone to hire. Other than that, it's a really nice establishment and the workers are always nice.“

“I was highly upset Starbucks got rid of their raspberry syrup!!! WHY?! haha. The worker suggested this mocha latte with strawberry foam. Absolutely incredible suggestion. I loved it so much. She was very creative and hardworking. I wish I got her name, I wish she make my drinks every time. Even said she would make something else in case I didn't like it. Nope I didn't like it, I loved it! My day was going completely down the drain until I came here. So thank you for granting this temporary joy. Haha. “My first time at a Starbucks in Baltimore. It was a pleasant experience to be able to find a familiar coffee shop while traveling. This location was very clean and spacious. The restrooms were very well maintained and seating area offered outlets to charge your electronics. I can't forget to mention that like all Starbucks they have WiFi access here as well. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I placed my go to drink ( brown sugar shaken espresso) and it was better than I am accustomed to, not watered down nor too sweet, just right! Starbucks is conveniently located in the new plaza near historical buildings and John Hopkins hospital. The parking area and possibly offering drive-thru options could be improvements for this place but overall good safe location to stop by .“

“It’s a pretty good Starbucks. It’s usually very busy during the week because it’s so small and on Loyola’s campus, so the wait for a drink can be up to an hour in the morning. Workers are all very friendly and it’s definitely a big social space on campus. I’ve also heard it’s the highest grossing Starbucks in the region.“

“It is always pretty crowded in here since it is combined with a chick-fil-a so not the best place to go for a quiet coffee. Because so many people do frequent here it seems like they are always out of something which can be kind of disappointing. Other than that though the staff is always nice and everything comes out in a timely manner. They also support Boost so if you are in a rush you can order ahead and have it waiting for pickup when you get there which can be very helpful.“
“Love it got to love it! Especially the white chocolate mocha hot drink, superb. And now with the Starbucks app earn free Rewards and the ability to pay is phenomenal. The only thing I can not understand is why does every Starbucks prepare their drinks differently???“

“The customer service at this location is amazing! I went in to add money to a gift card, and walked out with free goodies, and a smile on my face. My only regret is not breaking the $20 bill I had and giving them an enormous, and much deserved tip! Thank you, it is so refreshing to meet people that care about the service they are providing. “During this pandemic, Starbucks on Boston has been doing an amazing job! There is one person that I would like to mention who stands out. His name is D'arius (not sure of spelling). He is friendly, courteous and a huge asset to Starbucks. He makes going to Starbucks a very pleasant experience. I actually look forward to seeing him. “A cozy franchise in the heart of the Charles Village neighborhood that serves well. This particular franchise feels somewhat unique to other locations that I've seen, a little smaller than some but still efficient. The employees are kind and compassionate, and they are quick and serviceable. A good installation to come to.“

“I was making my way out of Harris Teeter after stocking up on groceries, and I stopped by here for a cup of Joe. I had a SB gift card that a client of mine gave to me back in LA, so I figured now was a good time to empty the balance on the card. I was in need of a real kick of caffeine, so I ordered an iced latte. The barista was very friendly, and we chatted a bit about school and career and such. She told me she's a grad student in healthcare management, and I shared that I'm on the last leg of grad school myself. We actually took similar classes, and had lot to talk about, but I was on my way out and I'm getting out of topic ;-) This SB location is located within Harris Teeter. It's clean, efficiently run, and staffed by friendly people. Now that HT has been chosen to be my grocer, I will be stopping here often. I recommend them if you shop at this HT too.“
