Starbucks in Baltimore

“They have a long bench seat with small tables for more casual meetings, a couple long high tables to spread out a laptop, and outdoor tables. Power is pretty available to plug in or charge. Baristas are quick to notice you and say hello on your way in, and friendly with each other. This one seems like a nice place to work too.“

“Loved this particular Starbucks very spacious. Had to meet an a client and they actually had a private space that we could conduct business and close the door without into. We both got drinks and food. Made to order. Staff was friendly and courteous. Bathrooms were clean. Would go hear again.“

“This Starbucks has really great service, and the staff are always friendly and patient. Compared to many bubble tea shops, the prices are actually more reasonable. I’ve definitely become a loyal Starbucks fan. The store is also very clean, especially the restroom. Whenever I feel sleepy in the morning, getting one of their lattes instantly wakes me up and gives me so much more energy for the day.“

“Great experience today at this location! We ordered 3 drinks using the mobile app and they were ready promptly. The drinks were good and the service was excellent. I want to specifically recognize Autumn, who prepared our order, as well as the two other team members on staff. They were all incredibly polite and friendly. We will visit again!“

“I love ordering from this Starbucks because the drinks are fabulous. However, I wish that when I order through DoorDash, you could place the Starbucks sticker completely across the bag to prevent the DoorDash driver from accessing the contents. I have ordered several times, and only twice has the sticker been applied correctly. On those occasions, I lost an extra cup of ice or water that was inside the bag.

Just this past Friday, the driver handed me a bag with an empty cup inside but no Chai Latte. He tried to blame Starbucks for the way the drinks were packed, but that isn’t true; he simply took my drink. I am certain it’s the DoorDash drivers who are responsible for this.

It’s really disappointing, and I ended up losing money over it. DoorDash only offered me a $5 credit for my trouble. Nonetheless, this is hands down the best Starbucks to order drinks from.“

“After a three-hour drive, I stopped at this location and had a wonderful experience. The barista went above and beyond by informing me which items were kosher before I ordered (I wish I had gotten her name!). Her kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, making my visit truly exceptional. “The woman at the counter was so, so genuinely kind and sweet. Like. I left thinking about it and felt like my day was genuinely brightened, so far beyond the standard issue customer service fake niceness. And I saw her have the same effect on multiple other customers!! The beverage was a delight, but the true prize was the incredibly nice woman in the headscarf. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves one thousand raises.“

“Good food, great coffee, friendly staff, this is a nice little spot. The place definitely has a college café kind of vibe, reinforced by the charging ports available under each table, which are extremely useful. While the seating area is kind of cramped and the music selection is less relaxing café and more corporate approved pop/rock. Other than that, however, this it's a nice spot overall.“

“It’s a pretty good Starbucks. It’s usually very busy during the week because it’s so small and on Loyola’s campus, so the wait for a drink can be up to an hour in the morning. Workers are all very friendly and it’s definitely a big social space on campus. I’ve also heard it’s the highest grossing Starbucks in the region.“

“Friendly, fast, plenty for places to sit. They asked if I was a professor which I thought was funny. It’s within the campus and there wasn’t a very obvious place to park but good for students.

I believe this Starbucks has been here for years and is right next to the main humanities building on Loyola campus. It’s on the other side of the quad (open grass area) from the chapel.

This is inside an academic building and was open on Sunday morning. I got a nice warm chocolate croissant (not part of my diet 😬) and my favorite which is a “Dirty Iced Matcha”. It’s a grande iced matcha with a shot of blonde roast espresso. Kind of has a little bit of cigarette taste but in the best possible nostalgic way! Weird but amazing.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you’re coming in from the center of campus the theater arts building has an automatic entrance and it’s right down the hallway from there.“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I took one star away for service today because my order was messed up twice. I clearly repeated decaf about 3 times to be given caffeinated coffee which today of all days sent me into full on cant calm to teach yoga then crash during family dinner. I'm not sure If the batista was so busy but I'm not a happy camper and I come almost daily“

“Mindy saved my entire day today!!! I mistakenly ordered at Butcher's Hill instead of Eastern Avenue. Mindy and her crew made my entire order at Eastern Avenue and got me to work on time!!! That is above and beyond the call of duty!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!“

“It is always pretty crowded in here since it is combined with a chick-fil-a so not the best place to go for a quiet coffee. Because so many people do frequent here it seems like they are always out of something which can be kind of disappointing. Other than that though the staff is always nice and everything comes out in a timely manner. They also support Boost so if you are in a rush you can order ahead and have it waiting for pickup when you get there which can be very helpful.“

“The customer service at this location is amazing! I went in to add money to a gift card, and walked out with free goodies, and a smile on my face. My only regret is not breaking the $20 bill I had and giving them an enormous, and much deserved tip! Thank you, it is so refreshing to meet people that care about the service they are providing. “I came to this location to place an order for an Iced Chai latte and Oh My God was it amazing! Apparently the barista that made my drink was new but it seems as if she was working here for months!! “Flew out BWI on American (9/3) and was in desperate need of caffeine. I went to the Starbucks and placed an order and the barista taking orders was beyond gorgeous and had the best service ever and I made sure to let him know. He proceeded to compliment my hair which made my whole day because had the most beautiful hair I’ve ever seen so it meant a lot. I placed my order from “Noah” and waited about 6 minutes for my order. Everything was perfect I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken and breakfast sandwich. All the baristas had amazing customer service and were very fast for how busy it was. I definitely recommend stoping by“
