Smaller Starbucks just a few areas to sit in winter, show some outside seating , and the service team is great. Went on a Saturday morning. But if later in the day Charles St is extremely busy, prepare for that.
The staff here are the friendliest, salt of the earth people you could come across. Excellent atmosphere. I left feeling uplifted and knowing what excellent customer service is. Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Vegan

I don't get to this location very often, just due to where it is located. It hasn't changed much inside. It was not a bad experience but it was not great. I came in, there was one person working behind the counter. I waited my turn to order after two people before me placed their orders and the barista made the orders.
